Prosody not adding users

Based on this error, I can't authenticate when I want to create a meeting

Who told you to run the command "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:code.zash.se/dl/luaunbound"? That command doesn't make sense; anything with the "ppa:" prefix is going to come from Canonical's Launchpad service, not a third-party domain name like "code.zash.se".

The lua-unbound package is in the Ubuntu repository. That means you can just run "sudo apt install lua-unbound", as the output you posted suggests.
