Here's one from some clips I recorded near the end of last summer. This is a video of installing Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard on an early-2008 20" iMac. A very important lesson was learned in this video: wipe your hard drive before you try to do a clean install, or you'll just do an upgrade instead!
