Collabora and Nextcloud setup challenge

I wonder if someone can help resolving an issue I have in my setup.
Firstly, I had Nextcloud already running on its own VM with ubuntu-20.04.1-live-server-amd64 before deciding to want to install collabora.
Nextcloud is running behind a reversed proxy (NginX), also running on its own seperate VM with ubuntu-20.04.1-live-server-amd64. For this reason the steps related to apache reverse proxy and ssl certification I skipped.
Nextcloud already had its own NginX config file configured and is working good.
With the reverse proxy step, I was not sure if I needed to do this to the exciting nextcloud.conf, or that I needed to make a new on. So I made a brand new virtual host file for Collabora Online on the NginX VM.
I added the following code to the (/etc/nginx/conf.d/collabora.conf) and make sure all the ip addresses would point to the internal network IP address of the nextcloud VM.
Followed by saving and restarting NginX.
Than I made sure the sub domain office. mydomain.com was created and pointing to my external IP address.
Following by going into the nextcloud config for Collabora Online and adding the url (https://office.mydomain.com) but this would not connect with the collabora VM and give a connection error.
I cant figure out where I am missing something or doing something incorrect.
Hope someone can assist me getting this setup up and running. :-)
Thanks for any support.
Regards,
EDIT: I see that in the screenshots, the collabora NginX code is inside the first (80) server, but this should be in (443) server of course. Changing this, still did not solve the issue.
