I may just not be seeing it but what do i need to do to get into the server? What modpack do I install? Is there a specific launcher i am to use? Server IP?

Glad to hear you figured it out! For future reference, players need to get the Technic Launcher from https://www.technicpack.net/ and search for the Nerd on the Street Pack.

Starting it back up now. If it happens again, you're welcome to post here again, but the quickest way to get it dealt with is to ping me on the NOTS Discord server. You can get to it through the NOTS Pack page on the Technic launcher. I love discussion on the NOTS website, but most of our Minecraft players hang out on the Discord server.

Welp, that's a first.

Server crashed, it's starting back up now. I'll tell you that messaging me on the Discord server and submitting several forum posts will not get me to respond any faster. Either I'm available to see your message or I'm not, regardless of where or how many times you send it. No matter where you send it, I'll get to it as soon as I see your message, so there's not much point in repeat messages.
